What do you need the original COA for? You can try finding a copy of 98 for sale on eBay or somewhere similar.

I'm not even sure you can get the license key from MS or the OEM if you read them the code on the inner ring of the CD any longer.

edit - If it is the license key that you need, and you have a current installation from the CD, you can get the license key from the registry. Magical Jellybean or SIW and similar programs can pull up the key for you.

Right click "My Computer" Click properties. They key is displayed on the first tab.

All Win9x worked this way.

I used to have a Win95 CD Key that on each different machine, I would just try changing 1 letter or number and checking if it would validate. Worked every time, 20 different keys, easy.
