I’m trying to fix and/or reload win xp pro on a toshiba laptop, but dos didn’t partition the hdd correctly. I can’t seem to get the internal dvd drive to work in dos either. I need to get the hdd partitioned correctly so i can load win xp pro. I’ve tried using a boot cd for dos with the generic dvd drivers, but it won’t load them, therefore i can’t use the wd software to partition the drive . I’ve tried making a bootup usb drive, got blue screens from that. All I need is a way to partition the hdd correctly so I can load xp. Any Ideas? all would be appreciated greatly.
