How do i print first page of multipage doc IE9?

By tombird2 ·
Windows 7/IE9 when printing multipage web doc, the first page contains the title lines of the article, but the rest of the first page is blank except for the footer showing url address/date. Subsequent pages print OK. I have
"software rendering" checked in internet options/advanced/accelerated graphics menu.

You should be able to select what pages to print in the print menu. Just click cntrl+P and then look in teh menu to select what pages.

Hold down Ctrl + P as suggested above and then select the bullet next to the "Pages" option under the Print Range section of the Print Dialog Box. Make sure the value reads: "From 1 to 1", and click "OK" to print the first page of the document.

If the page still prints as explained in your initial description double check and make sure that they have not included a "Printer Friendly" link. If that is not available try opening the site in Compatibility mode and printing.

1. download PDFCreator. Print to PDF and then you will have real print control.

2. Use Firefox and the print selection option.
