How do I re-arrange pages in Publisher

By cmorus ·
I've created a 17 page document and now find I want to re-order the pages. Can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas? Thanks.

You can't move a page, but you can copy it and delete the old page.
Click the page in front of where you want to move the page to (in the Page Navigator area on the status bar)
Go to Insert -> Page
Accept the default for insert after selected page.
In the options select Duplicate all objects on page xx, and enter the page number you want to move.

This will copy that page and insert it after the page you had selected in the page navigator.

Then go to the page you copied (the original) and delete that page Edit -> Delete page.

Let me know if this helps.
