How do I read the boot drive on my newly built pc

My motherboard came with a CD as the boot drive but I don’t have a CD drive on my pc

  well i mean the easiest solution would be to simply install a cd/dvd drive

  you can download any bootable image for usb drive, and use it. It is strange that you should use motherboard CD for boot.
