Ok let me explain my problem. I removed some software of my computer under another user account. the computer froze up and i got a blue screen. it rebooted loaded up fine. so i log i back in the account to delete folders the software left behind but i noticed system fonts and menus looked kinda funny to me. so i logged of the account and logged in my account and under my account all the system menus look fine. now i go back to the other account and there look weird i have provided a picture .
side one is the account that looks weird. side two is how i want side one to look like again before this bsod crash. can anyone please try to help me restore this back to normal. and btw i didn’t have system restore turned o so that’s a no go 🙁

its not just the boxes its also my start menu etc fonts look weird . any help would greatly be appreciated.
