how do i reverse my sony memory stick to show on my computer?

my mobile phone memory stick after a string of virus attack. now only shows its content on my phone; when i plug it on my memcard slot on my computer it shows its blank yet wen u look at properties its full; like the files r hidden or sumthn. HELP
