My boss has assigned me to look into getting an I.T. intern (possibly from the local colleges) to replace some of my duties, which will leave me more time for web development. However, I have never been an intern or dealt with one in any way.
Does anyone out there have suggestions on how to structure an internship or how to market an internship? I’m at a loss here.
