How do I support multiple Video Monitors in a Command Center?

I have an IP Camera Video Surveillance System with approximately 45 IP cameras. There is a Network Server that will drive the management portion of the video surveillance system, but there is no Network Video Recorder as recording video is not required. I would like to support up to ten 20″ video monitors in 2 locations for live camera viewing only. With IP cameras, I am assuming I will need monitors with a VGA input as the video signal will be computer generated. I don’t want to have multiple PC’s supporting only 1 or 2 monitors each. So how can I accomplish this large amount of screens efficiently?
