How do I transfer a program?

I have a program on one computer (Visual Studio.net 2003) and I lost my CD’s for it. I just bought another computer and I would like to transfer the program from the first to the second. I tried using Norton System Works to backup the program and then restore it on the other but that did not work. Any ideas for me?
