How do I use Windows 7 Professional x64 OEM to upgrade from Vista?

New laptop just arrived loaded with Vista x64 SP2. I have a copy of Windows 7 Profession al OEM System Builder pack. Can this be used to upgrade from Vista or do I/can I do a fresh install using the Windows 7 OEM operating system?
