How do we persuade Techrepublic to test their own environment?

Again, today I received the Techrepublic Daily Digest. Again, today I try to read an article and it isn't there.

[New-or-existing-problem]
I try to be helpful and report it, copying the link details, etc., and when I get to the end to submit the "Question" the question taker askes me to create an account.

[ctrl-alt-del] or [ctrl-break]
or [you'll-see-why-in-a-second]

My email address is pre-entered and correct and all the routine keeps replying is "you already exist" and won't let me pass.

Which article is showing as not found? I have gone through each of todays articles and have been able to pull them all up.

Does the url in question begin with http://ct.. if so its more likely a redirect issue and this is normally resolved by simply emptying out ones cache and deleting out all cookies.

It works.

Even so, why would I think/want to "clear one's cache" and "delete all cookies" without being prompted to by "support"?
