I have 2 computers connected to each other by the serial ports with a null modem cable but I can’t get them to recognize each other. The first computer is an old IBM with NT 4.0, the nic card is an older full board type that won’t work in my network. The computer I connected it to is an older compaq with win2k server on it, it’s connected to my network with 4 other computers. After conecting the 2 computers there is no recognition of the other computer on ether. computer.
