how do you make a ghost 8.0 bootable cd

Hi all i am trying to make a bootable cd with ghost 8.0 that has a menu list to select various drivers and boot in to ghost.exe. where i can connect to my ghost server to grab the image. also it needs to have a static ip. I have seen these disks but am utterly stumped in how to create them. Not looking to put an image on a cd and boot but more a disk to select different nic drivers and bring ghost up with an ip. any help would really be appreciated this project is making me want to bash my head on a wall. thanks
