My port 80 is closed and is not allowing me to use my dialpad an internet telephone service there is a way in dos and probabaly in windows!!!

Port 80 is normally the http port used for Web browsing so if you’re able to browse this Web page, it’s open!

Neither DOS nor Windows block ports – that would be the function of a firewall or proxy server. If there is a firewall or proxy between you and the Internet, you’ll have to get the administrator of that firewall or proxy server to open the port(s) you need for Dialpad. If the ports are blocked by your ISP, it will be a political problem rather than a technical one.
