Question

How do you process customer requests? Your help desk systems

By sarkapechova ·
Hello everyone. I run a small outsourcing company, and I’d to create a simple yet effective way to register and process customer requests. Each request should be fixed, there should be the statistics, more detailed information about the engineer who is implementing a certain request, and so on. And also my client could be able to receive such information, too.

Several suggestions

If you have the budget, you can try big products like Zendesk (https://www.zendesk.com/). Another option is Deskun (https://deskun.com/), a low cost yet effective helpdesk.

It it's a simple help desk ticketing tool that you're looking for, you can try
ServiceDesk Plus. It comes in three different editions - Standard, Professional
and Enterprise. You may be interested in the standard edition which has all the
basic help desk features - automatic ticket creation, ticket routing and
assignment, tracking the life cycle of tickets, automatic ticket closure, SLA
management and more. In case you'd like more information on this, check out
