How do you set the Refresh Rate, in Windows 98? I’m trying to see what the refresh rates is on my monitor.
I click Properties on the desktop and go to settings; but I can’t find anywhere to set the refresh rate for the monitor.
Also, for windows 2000, how do you check the refresh rate?
