How do you set up multiple printers and

I have multiple Okidata 591 Printers that have the same forms and I what to set up a printing pool where we have one queue and 2-3 printers and the queue send the job out to the least busiest printer.

You may want to research using a parallel switch that will allow you to connect multiple printers,the paralell switch can be used with a software to allow multiple printers to be setup to your specifications.
Belkin-4 Port Reversible Parallel Switch is one example

Use the "Printer Pooling" option on the print server.

Install each of the printers on different ports on a single print server and test them individually. Then, setup a print queue and select several of the printer ports to service it. This works best if you have identical printers. Otherwise, use the driver for the oldest, least capable, printer. Be sure to share the new print queue.
