how do you unhide forms from the user interface in Access 2007?

I recently hide one of my Ms Access form but i have since failed to unhide it. Can someone out there help me on this? I need it so badly.

ms access has provided the option to hide NavPane in the help. However just to shorten your search time, Please follow: Click on the home buttom (multicoloured, sitting on the top left corner of the access window/ Go to Access Options/ Select Current Database/ Under Navigation, Dis-select the option. This should work once you close the database and reopen
