I have an answer for this issue, but now that I do I feel so stupid that I am going to reward 100 points to the first person that discovers my solution.
I have been receiving Excel Techmails for quite a while, but as of the end of May I stopped receiving them. My Tech profile indicates Excel Techmails are being sent, but none have appeared in my Inbox since end of May. All my other Techmail requests appear daily without problem. I was perplexed as to why only the Excel Techmails were not arriving. Do I feel stupid now! And I support computer illiterate users!
