Financial Analysis Impact During Project Initiation

Good article. Most, if not all, projects must have a business case presented to our Steering Committee for review and approval. The value of the business case has become even greater since we implemented a portfolio management approach to our corporate projects. The business case together with the business drivers determine the priority the project will receive in the project portfolio.
