This is an older printer. There were no drivers (that I could find) for Windows XP. That doesn’t mean the printer wont print or XP doesn’t know what it is, but we may not be able to change the size in XP.

Try going to: “Start” – “Control Panel” – Printers and Faxes”. Right-click on your printer, and select “Properties”. Locate the “Printing Preferences” button. There you may find printer specific setup options such as default paper size. Again, the proper driver will display these options.

1)Go to Printers and Faxes in Control Panel
2)Select Server Properties from File menu
3)Create a new form with your paper size.
