How i do to prevent a picture to be..

How i can prevent a picture from my website to be downloaded, i saw some website they have a stop sign when you click on the picture and that prevent me to download it, i would like to do the same thing. Do you know how to do it.

Even if you can prevent the browser from downloading the picture, any screen capture utility can still grab the image. It is just more inconvenient.

I've seen this here and there. It has been possible to do this for a long time. There must be some browser directive to prevent the pop up menu with the 'copy image' command.

However, anyone that knows how browsers work will realize that the picture is already on the client machine. You just have to look for it in the browser's cache. So this trick of disabling the pop up menu over the picture will only work for people who don't know how their browser works.
