How many users would you support?

I am supporting a lot of users and I think that I could do a better job if I had a second technician on hand.
I have a great help desk staff and the staff I support has some great user’s that can help with problems.
But as the staff grows and programs are added I have been stretched to my limit.
Don?t get me wrong I love my job and interacting with the users. But with 30 or more problems a day and moves every day I get back up.
What do you do if you are in this position?
