And have the training still be effective? Does anyone have any experiences that they would share with short sessions? 2 vs. 3 hour sessions? I thought 3 hours were pretty effective, but management wants me to cut the number of hours students are in class unless I can come up with some effectiveness studies or other documentation.
I am teaching Microsoft Office XP products to reluctant users.
