My pc crashed so I put the hdd into another pc as a slave to recover the data. I can see the hdd as drive D. I tried all I know untill I can open the folder of "my documents" but when i tried to open the doc and bloc-notes stored in it, it still gives access denied. need help pls because i want to access those documents.

If you are using a user with administrator privilege on the computer that you connected your HDD on it, you should be able to access all the files on the HDD.
But even if you are using an administrator user and you could not access the files, you can take the ownership of the file/folder and reset the permissions. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308421
So follow the directions in the Link above or look on the M$ Web Site for the directions on How To Take Ownership of a File/Folder for your OS if you are not using XP.
