how to add a inteanet site in active directory

I want to add one intranet site my own home built domain on windows 2000 advanced server.I have on domain controller on the server.I tried to add my intranet site on my domain or in active directory sites & services, but am not successful to do that.Now i am looking for help for that on techrepublic & members of techrepublic.

Are you talking about a network or a website here?
For web , you need to install IIS on Windows 2000 via Add/Remove programs?

For a local network you need dHCP for your clients and DNS (should already be installed for AD) and a switch to connect clients to.
