“The PC is windows nt 4.0 network pc, installed the office 97 professional edition, unable to see thesaurus showing up the choices,it comes as blank, afterwords I thought if I install SP 1 & 2 it will help to resolve the problem. It didn’t help, copied over the profile, still it didn’t work, reinstall the word …..doesn’t work either.
