Hi to all,
I’ve been asked to present a proposal about how to align IT departments in Mexico and USA… as an overview let me explain this, we are an international company with worldwide presence, the largest and complex (operations) company is located in Mexico but corporate offices are located in US.
In the past we made some decisions (at corporate) that make sense for US, but give us problems in Mexico (lack of support, lack of brand presence, etc…)
My question is, what would you people do to resolve this situation
