How to Archive all Incoming and ougoing emails in exchnge 2007?

I had MS Exchange 2003 server. I have archived all incoimg and outgoing emails by using following steps
Click System Manager
Admnistrative groups
Servers
Select Server Name
Under the Server Name
Click First Storage Group
Right Click on Mailbox
Properties
Tick the “Archive all Incoming and Outgoing Emails” and give email user name

But I want to know how to archive the same way in exchnge 2007 ???
