Hi I like to know does anyone know in case of broken memory, where and how do we ask for repair? Recently I have one memory bar burnt under normal condition while calculating in 3D environment, the computer crashed to a blue screen then next thing I know is it is completely crash sensitive after every start of the machine.
i give a memory test with Memtest86 and found out one of my memory bar is completely burnt, i have no choice but to find a reseller from Transcend and ask for a repair or even an exchange. i know they have life-long guarantee but unfortunately i do not know a way to contact them, rather going to the shops directly i like to hear advices from the experienced users here. thanks.
