How to ask for a repair from Trendscend?

Hi I like to know does anyone know in case of broken memory, where and how do we ask for repair? Recently I have one memory bar burnt under normal condition while calculating in 3D environment, the computer crashed to a blue screen then next thing I know is it is completely crash sensitive after every start of the machine.

i give a memory test with Memtest86 and found out one of my memory bar is completely burnt, i have no choice but to find a reseller from Transcend and ask for a repair or even an exchange. i know they have life-long guarantee but unfortunately i do not know a way to contact them, rather going to the shops directly i like to hear advices from the experienced users here. thanks.

describe the problem which you are facing to the tech support they should also guide you what to do.

My Trendscend USB Flash drive is write protected

It is ok to copy file or document from the existing, but I cannot delete the existing file or document. Also, I can’t make any copy into the drive. The messages it shows is that the drive is write-protected.
