How to back up eDirectory on W2k or Wk23

We are shutting down our last Novell server on Tuesday. The eDirectory files are getting backed up successfully on the Novell server but we do not think that is happening for the rest of our Windows 2000 or 2003 servers. We need to make sure we get a good backup of the \\novell\nds\dibfiles files. Do I use emtools and a command syntax of some sort to back up the eDirectory database? We are running AD and Tivoli Storage Management to do our enterprise backups.
