Am having a tricky assignment, and i would like to know how to find this answers , and what method to use , to get an answer.
my question is
in our Telecom Company we have more than 2000000 (2million subscriber) and only a million(1000000) are on 3G and we have a speed downs and ups for 10Meg , then our challenge is ;
1. How can we calculate a given speed per user
2. What method is used to do this calculation ?
3.how many users can we carry on our 10Meg bandwidth ?
