OK so I upgraded my oem dimension 2400 to a p 4 2.80ghz cpu also added a nvidia 6200, power suppy, and 2 g of memory everything is working fine and the system through windows does show the 2.80ghz cpu but in my BIOS the clock speed is still at 1.40ghz and I can not seem to be able to change anything that has to do with the cpu. Can someone please help me out here because I have a new cpu that is only being used at the same performance as my old one… very annoyed at the moment.
