Hello,
I just bought a computer and comes with a predefined web page when I open IE.
To solve the problem it is not just changeing the deafult page using Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab->… bla, bla, bla
Using this method it just changes it temporarely, because when I restart the computer it goes back to the default page.
There is something that has to be modified somewhere else.
