As you know, in order to have a good backup of the *.pst mailboxes, it is necessary to close the Outlook application on the specific PC. I am trying to find a way to close the Outlook applications on the user PCs in order to backup the pst file through the network. Is there a known way or anything to do it ? The end-user are running on W2K workstations.
