How to configure CheckPoint Firewall to access a given FTP in US?

Dear All

I have this problem while configuring my company checkpoint firewall to allow an access to an FTP site in US.

I had create the

source->mycompany to desination-> ftp site
sorce->ftp site to detination -> mycompany

I had also run my batch file :

I had wrote this inside my firewall batch file

ftp -s 206.XXX.XXX.XXX

What I am experiencing is that whenever I access the FTP site. I can log in successfully. But when I try to do “Ls”
it will show me this message:

200 Command Okay
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection

Than it will hang there and nothing will happened!

My user told me they are able to access this ftp from home without any issue.

But here, I can’t seem to get it going??
