How to configure Outlook to automatically take presence info from MS Teams

I am in the midst of a Teams Rollout and I have already deployed Teams, now I am looking for a way to automatically set the "Register Teams ..." option across a mix of domains and workgroups, is there a simple setting within the administrative side of office 365 to enable this for all users? I have already deployed the DefaultIMApp key for all user's and presence has not been universally deployed.

I'm game for all suggestions and fixes.

1. From the Settings screen click the General tab. Add a checkmark next to Register Teams as the chat app for Office (requires restarting Office applications).
