Hi, I have 2 NIC in my PC, which connects to 2 different ISP.
I use NIC 1 for all my general Internet activities.
I prefer to restrict NIC 2 for my webcam broadcasting.
How can I do that? I find that now all my Internet accesses, including the webcam broadcasting, use the NIC 1 only.

P.S. I install a Firewall client (Symantec) in the PC. It is given by my company (in order for VPN access). My company has frozen its configuration so I cannot set this Firewall client to do the control.
