All that should be required a a complete copy from one media to another. But you need to copy it all not just the visible folders.

Yes, how can I copy EVERYTHING -the WHOLE image from one flash drive into another...? Should be easier than imaging another flash drive from the start all over again... I don't even remember how I did it the first time!!

I'd say: the same way you imaged the first drive.

Or go with dd for Windows:

You probably want to write the image to your hard drive first, then write it back to the new USB.

Alright, how can I do that: write the image to hard drive first, then write it back to the new USB.

Well I suppose the easiest way

Is to select the Device in My Computer or Windows Explorer and copy it to another device. Don't open the device and Select All copy E to F. Where E is the source Device with the Image and F is the empty destination Device.
