How to copy data from columns to rows on two spreadsheets

I have one spreadsheet that has data running across ROWS, bi-monthly. I have to go to any another spreadsheet (same notebook) to pull the data from one COLUMN, 15 rows at a time (e.g. A1:A15, the next cell will need the data from A16:A30 and so on) . If I copy the cells in first spreadsheets to paste in the right of those cells, it changes the formula to pull the data from the next COLUMN of the second spreadsheet. So now, not only do I have to modify the formula to point back to the COLUMN I need, but I also have to change the ROW numbers to the next 15 I need the data from. It's taking quite a bit of time to do this. Does anyone have any solutions?
