How to copy offline file

By vak042 ·
I already saved a lot of off line web-site content in my computer (I found them stored in
C:\windows\off line web pages)

Now I would like to re-install the OS, but I dont know how to copy those off-line web pages to a CD / new location. I've tried several ways but I could get the shortcuts copied only.

Please help !!

Thanks

You'll need to open the folder and actually look at the size of the stored files quite often they are nothing more than shortcuts themselves to the revel ant pages.
