how to create a batch file to move multiple files from one folder to anoth

i need to create a batch file to move multiple files from one folder to another on a mapped drive, all files are .mov files

xcopy

xcopy/? will get you a description at the command line.

You can also look in help, or on the web, for more info on the command.

Modify the content the == to suit your folders and the drive letter

xcopy C:\temp\*.mov E:\temp /s /c /d /e /h /i /r /k /y

goto remove

:remove

C:
del c:\temp\*.mov

goto end

:end
