How to create a bootable image of my hard drive using ghost

Please help. I would like to creat a bootable image of my hardrive onto a DVD.

I have the ghost bootable floppy disk that i used to createan image file of my disk, i then placed this image file in my second partion. but now i wld like to place the image file on to a DVD disk such that when i want to refresh my PC i can simply insert it into the DVD Rom and then it’l boot its self and refresh.

I run a public cyber cafe, i also want to implement this soo that when client mess up the computers, i do not need to re-install every application for every computer. i just want to run the disk..
