How to create a PPP dialup in Redhat 7.1

By KDC_NET ·
I am new to Linux and would like to know how to create a PPP dialup connection in Redhat 7.1 that will prompt me for a password. I have succefully used the dial interface included with the OS which interfaces with WVDIAL. My problem is that I need to be prompted for my password since it changes every 60 seconds via a SecureID card.

Try this:

dos> ipconfig/all

Check your pppd configuration on the dial-up server, specifically, ms-dns and ms-wins options.
