How to create COBOL exe and Dll using Net Express with .Net 5.1 (windows)

Hi I am using cobol as back end and VB 6 as front end.I need to create cobol Dll and exe with net express. I am unable to create .obj file nor exe or dll file.

Please suggest the step to create Dll and exe.
