How to create dynamic text, in sync with audio?

Hi everyone, I would like to know if anyone can help me with this problem. I have to create a video for a friend and I have to insert an audio of an explanation, but I would like there to be a text that shows everything the audio says.
How can I do ?

Those are called subtitles. Of course, you have to type them yourself, they aren’t generated from the audio.
