How to Create VPN Connections

Hi all,

I really need to setup some vpn commections. I have domain/ static ip address/and everything/ .I need to know the steps to follow to create a VPN. Honestly , I need help with VPN since I am not that expert. I have one more question…How can I create home office.Some times , I need to setup up soho so that they can connect their desk top from home. Can you help me out with the propert steps to follow so that i can make it possible for home users. I have static ip address/domain/I need complte procedure please. thanx
