How to create Web Hosting Server at home

Hi
i have Del’s poweredge 2650 server.
i have installed windows 2003 with IIS.
i have broadband connection at home with static public IP address and D-link modem.

i have registered domain www.indoausiart.com.au parked at domain central

i want to host my own website at my own webserver at my home.

could anyone please guide me how can i do it?
