How to delete Unknown folders _@33C.TMP

By jamrock ·
I found these folders "_@332c.tmp" in the root of second partition. When I try to delete I get access denied, tried to change owner and get same result, I used ZAP.exe util to delete folders which work but folders would recreate itself immediately. Thanks for any help.

Reboot into Safe Mode and try to delete the file. Also, best to run your spyware scan from this mode.

Make sure you didn't forget to go into the folder properties and remove the "Read only" attribute (if it is selected) before you try to delete the folder.

You can?t delete this folder because there are one or more files in folder what are running and this is the reason. You have two options: - Boot in safe mode and probably you can delete or run services.msc and stop all unnecessary services. But your problem is not resolved with this. You have a virus or spy ware infection on your computer. You must eliminate this for resolving once for all. You can do this with antivirus and ? or antispyware program. If you don?t have this you can download and install the AVG free antivirus from and antispyware from Microsoft, named Microsoft AntiSpyware.
