How to delete Unknown folders _@33C.TMP

I found these folders “_@332c.tmp” in the root of second partition. When I try to delete I get access denied, tried to change owner and get same result, I used ZAP.exe util to delete folders which work but folders would recreate itself immediately. Thanks for any help.
